hey all, been a while. Anyone know if the lake is open yet. Hoping to take the fam on a Easter float to bings, without an ice crossing.

Lower Skilak was still frozen as of Sunday. Although, the ice is getting rotten and their were a few open spots showing. Be careful.

Hiked Vista on Saturday. Lake was open at the upper launch, but looked like it still had rotten ice around the lower launch.
