I heard that all sheep hunters, residents included would be required to hire a guide starting in 2016.

Due to the volume of public testimony, particularly on proposal 202 to change WACH and Teshapuk caribou herd hunt seasons and bag limits in several units, the meeting is running a day longer. The sheep stuff (proposals 207 and 208) will be deliberated this afternoon. I think they will finish later today.

Shortly after meeting is over they will publish all tentative changes made to regulations. They are just about to get into Regional & Multiple Units, proposals 184 - 197.

They just went to lunch for 70 minutes. Finished with the Kenai stuff, just revisiting a couple proposals.
