Default Winter time harvesting - Abs and Scallops

Water clarity this time of year is amazing here in southeast. With a couple prime free-diving tides lately, I went out snorkeling after work the other day and pulled some nice abs; biggest one was 4.5" Also went out a few weekends ago for a Scuba dive with a buddy and easily procured our limit of Rock Scallops. A couple were around 7" wide. With visibility up to 80', it's a perfect time to be diving in Southeast! That is - until the herring murk up the water in a few weeks.

Oh man, you are seriously my hero. I've been looking for those up here in Prince William Sound and on the outer coast of the Kenai Peninsula for the last couple of years and have had zero success. Thanks for the pictures.

We've got scallops in the eastern sound. Good looking harvest!
