Default SQUARE....Anti gun credit card proceesing

I was going to use these guys for my flying business and guest cabin.... BUT NOT NOW...

I am trying to hook up with the place recommended by the NRA.

Any other ideas on how to let my customers pay via credit card???

PayPal Here and Wave are two that I use. Wave has very easy and free invoicing features.

We use Square with our "Auction" items and have no problems.

This is not a problem for you? It would be for me.

I think that consumers should stand up for what they believe in as should businesses. I would never use Square because they have a history of confiscating accounts without "due process", and because they discriminate against people who want to sell porn or occult materials. Can't do that with Square. Now you can't sell guns either.

Some of us don't have much else to sell. I could try selling Amway, but that's banned too.

FYI, PayPal has long banned firearms purchases.

(If I pull my tongue out of my cheek, I'll say that Square is very convenient, but clearly is avoiding any transactions that have a hint of impropriety or controversy. Many people speculate that ultimately pressure is being put on operations like PayPal and Square by the large banks such as JP Morgan to avoid these sorts of transactions. I can understand "guns" being the last straw for somebody, but I would hope that you were edging towards dumping Square because of their other anti-freedom and unfair policies, anyways. I say good riddance.)

Agreed. I'm all for freedom of choice; business are free to wave their chosen ideologies in my face (whether it be pimping their religion in their advertising, or refusing to process transactions dealing with a particular product), and I'm free to take my business elsewhere. That said, my first criteria in selecting a banking business generally has more to do with the scrupulousness of how they deal with my money, as opposed to some flaky ideology they may tout. I dumped paypal because their business practices are not scrupulous. I don't really care so much how they feel about firearms.

I use Payment Alliance International, very pro-gun (they contacted me because they saw I'm an FFL on Gunbroker) and very good rates (1/3 what PayPal or Square take) and I have a reader for my phone.

There is also Swipe which is like Square but seems to be gun friendly because they have also contacted me because I am an FFL.
