Default Water Access for Black Bear Hunting

I am looking at the map of Unit 7 and I am curious if floating/boating Grant Lake near Moose Pass or the South Fork of the Snow river can get you to good black bear areas?

Unit 7 is all "good" black bear country. Sure going those places will get you into some more secluded spots, but not really necessary for unit 7 blackies I'd say. Maybe for the adventure sure. But need to expand more on what you are thinking for us to help Ya!

Floating the south fork of the snow would involve packing your raft up river, as the alaskankid13 stated, in unit 7 there are much better ways to find the bears.
