Default Shipping my cabin build tools

I want to ship a 4x4 or so crate from Idaho to Alaska full of tools to build our cabin. Wall tent, generator and tools will probably amount to about 250 lbs. any ideas on where is the least expensive and where do I ship it to?

I sent up a wheeler last May and used Carlile Transportation. They have a terminal in Tacoma Washington and sent it up on a ship to Anchorage. Had to be in a crate which measured 48 x 48 x 80 and weight was about 600 to 700 pounds. Cost was about 380.00 if I remember correctly. From there I had a friend pick it up. You could probably ship it by truck line from Idaho to Tacoma but I am not sure how long they would hold it for you in ANC. Do you have anybody that could receive it? Where does it have to go from there?

Maybe one of the trucking companies like this might be an option.

Span Alaska had the best rates that I have been able to find. I have used them on powder orders as well as car parts. Probably not as fast as Lyndon or Carlisle but sure was a lot cheaper.
