    Default sako carbon light

    anybody got their hands on one of these yet?
    just over 5 pounds, looks like a finnlite in a carbon fiber stock.
    did I mention they go for bout $ 2800?

    For that money I'd get a NULA for sure!!!

    But for less than half that you can get a Kimber and be lighter anyways

    Yup I played with them at Dallas Safari Club show couple weeks ago. They seemed very much like a Kimber would with a hydrodipped carbon fiber look stock. Fit/finish is good, like any other Sako . . . didn't seem like anything almost three grand worth of wonderful to me.

    I handled the Sako Carbon Light at the SHOT Show this year. It was certainly nice and light, but the price tag is not for the faint of heart. I ordered a Forbes Rifle for a lot less than the Sako.
