Default Inlet, Bluff front cabin and 5 acres. Cook Inlet

My brother is planning to sell a cabin north of Captain Cook Park on the bluff in Gray Cliff. The cabin is 16x26 and finished inside. Has a pressure treated deck on front. Nice wood stove and metalbestos pipe. 5 acres with lots of frontage on the bluff. near Leif Creek. Recent new roofing and paint. Lots of large windows. Some furniture.
Apache has plans to build a road into the area starting next month. The road will skirt the property so you will be able to drive right to it. Not sure what his asking price will be yet. I can email pics.

Maybe the admins could move my post to the correct forum. I thought I put it in the right place.

It looks like there is a small fee of 25 bucks to be paid in advance before advertising your property for sale.

Did your brother decide what his asking price will be on this property? Or is it one of those 'best offer' deals.

We are waiting for a broker opinion of value on it. I have an idea about what it should sell for, but the road being built will likely change that.

Where is Leif creek in relation to Swanson River? I didn't find Leif Creek on a map.

Might be interested in the property.
Those that are successful in Alaska are those who are flexible, and allow the reality of life in Alaska to shape their dreams, vs. trying to force their dreams on the reality of Alaska.

If you have a tenuous grasp of reality, Alaska is not for you.

So...is it o.k. if I list some remote real estate/property in the 'Alaska Cabins and Remote Living' forum as well? It is real remote...

4 miles to the North. I drove out there today with a company that is bidding some of the road work.
