    Default Yamaha throttle cables

I have to do some more troubleshooting, but I think that I need to replace the throttle cable on my Yamaha 90hp 2006 model 4 stroke. Is Dewey's the best game in anchorage to look? Online?

Are the throttle and shift cables the same part number?

Looks like the throttle cable is MAR-CABLE- ____ - SC - where the blank is the length in feet. About 60$. Deweys has them in stock they say in lengths up to 34 foot.

Since you likely have the part number, I'd google it then call Dewey's for a quote. Best online bets are Amazon and Ebay...I saved almost $300 on a major car part and got free shipping from Amazon. I think West Marine now has free shipping to store so I'd give them a rattle, too. Lots of online prices are great, but negated by shipping costs to the point that I often assume the shipping charge is the actual profit center.

Ya. Deweys has one for 58$. Not worth messing with. It is the shift cable and it is bad just out from the motor.
