Are you thinking of starting a supply company up here RJ? Sure seems like a great thing to do. Wish you weren't a six hour drive away!

That is sort of what I have done without having a bunch of items I don't normally use .

I also have several Lynx & Fox Lifesize forms too but will have to go look up the #s.

I got tired of having to fix the forms I pay good money for just because it couldn't be shipped without cutting, so I filled a container & shipped it.

No more having to put a 2x4 & all the foam into a moose form just to be sure it will be strong enough, or the Bison forms being cut in 4 pieces including the back bourd..

Now I have plenty of forms & all I have to do is prep & mount them. Save me money every day.

yep...saves a ton of money and time when you don't have to put a form back together - only to have to make major alterations ( cut apart and make bigger or smaller for those non taxis here) once you get the skin on for the test fit...

I am thinking of making a collaberative effort with some taxis down here to do something similar...working together would be a benefit to everyone!

Research must have loved that order! LOL (good on them too, it drives me crazy to have McKenzie buying up so many supply companies)

two things I wish for as a business owner up here - a supply company to work with one of the major ones outside to get some molds up here of the big items - and The Wildlife Gallery to buy out Alpha. LOL

You don't want to do business with the Gallery. Most unethical POS on the planet.

I know Hugh's complaint about WG and while I take heed of the situation he encountered. I have not ever had any major problems with the way they do business (with me) and definitely not their tan. I have tried other tanneries and not found any comparable yet.. Close, but not quite. H & H does a fair job, but takes longer and their bears come back uncombed and full of sawdust...and they don't properly shave down their small mammals (which I like New Method better for anyway)...

Either of you find a tannery comparable to WG, let me know, because I haven't yet and as you both know, it is a big risk trying out a tannery that comes without lots of good refs.
