    Default Leica customer service is top notch!

    I lost a lens cover off of my Leica Geovids on my moose hunt. I called Leica late last week to inquire about a new cover. The lady that answered the phone was great, the only question she asked was my name and address. When I checked the mail last night there was a package with a complete new set of lens covers at no cost and super quick shipping.

    Good to hear. Leupold does the same in my experience.
    Great to see customer service is still top notch at some of the retailers these days.

    Wow. That's interesting. Because I have had almost the complete opposite results on warranties and repairs. Of course I actually have a scratched lens on my leica binoculars. I am curious what number you called. I might give it a try.
