    Yes they can and there are restaurants that do it. Michaels in Soldotna comes to mind as advertising that they do this. I think Frosos in Soldotna advertises that they do also.

    Thanks guys, I never knew that. In fact I had always been told they had to be commercially caught before a restaurant could handle them.

    I have to agree with that! Apollos in Seward will cook your catch. Besides the point; but they have amazing pizza, definitely an A+ outfit.
