Default Knik River at the Glenn Bridge

Thinking of making a run up the lower river looking to have my wife fill her cow tag. Not having been on the river before I'm curious what you guys have for advice. Appears to be "easy" water, from the bridge, but not sure what to expect once we are upsteam of the railroad bridge. Is it something that a surface drive would do well on? The boat has been on the middle river section of the Kenai.

Any advice or warnings/cautions would be welcomed.

Took my 23sd up there the other night. Shouldn't be an issue.

zipped up there in a zodiac with my dad when I was a kid no problem. good hunting grounds. shouldn't have a problem finding a cow around there.
