Default Hull repair in the valley?

Can anyone recommend a good, reasonable shop that can straighten and weld an aluminum hull in Palmer/Wasilla? Took a good hit on the Little Su the other day. Fortunately, no serious injuries, though.

You might talk to Gary over at Greatland Welding on the PWH.

    Default No pictures.

My digital camera charger broke, too, so I can't even get pictures til I get the new one.

    Default Thanks

I talked to Gary yesterday. Looks like I'll have him do the work.

Hmm, can't see it. Guess I don't know how to put a photo in.

I might use it as is for a couple trips (still ain't got any kings this year), but it'll be in to Gary's before too long.

    Default Got it back.

I got the boat back. Looks like Gary's crew did a good job; not very noticeable, except that the repairs are shinier than the rest of the boat. Gonna take it back out on the river either today or tomorrow.

What happened? How did you do that? Big rock? Or did another boat hit you?

T-boned by another boat. Didn't look like he was moving out of the way; I had no room to go right, so I went left. He went right, we met.

Ouch! Glad to hear everyone is okay. How did that work out? Your fault or his? or nobodys? Did insurance cover it?
