    Default Canada has better fisherman.

Whether it be sport fisherman, commercial gill netters, set netters, or Trawl commercial fisherman - - - the Canadians have some guts and they are just plain better fisherman for it.

I say it is about time Alaskan's grow a set of their own and get our by-catch under control.

Its a federally managed fishery: Alaska could regain control by banning federal boats from its ports until they clean up their act, if they truly want to see it better managed.
