    What are people using to store their rifles in while rafting or packrafting
    Never wrestle with a pig.
    you both get dirty;
    the Pig likes it.

    I use a couple of canoe bags built for guns. Waterproof and they float. Had mine for years, and I don't know if they're even made any more.

    I've seen lots of heavier waterproof bags, but nothing really light weight. It would be cool if someone made a version similar to the sil-nylon waterproof roll top stuff sacks. Maybe with a light fleece lining.

    I have what they call a gun "boat". Light weight and floats. Had it for years and I like it a lot.....
    Sheep hunting...... the pain goes away, but the stupidity remains...!!!
