Default Inland Rivers and Lakes Chip

    Hey all,

I was in Sportsman Warehouse yesterday and asked the guy at the electronics counter about a chip for my Lowrance 3500c GPS. I have the chip (blue package) now that shows the ocean maps. He told me that they have just come out with a chip, which he showed me on a display model, called “Inland Lakes and Rivers.” He told me that AMD may now have it and he has some on order.

Has anyone purchased this yet? If so how do you like it?

I would love to have an inland chip for my GPS/ SOUNDER. The blue cips are awesome! Has anyone gone and looked at these or ordered one yet?

I don't know anything about that chip but I have to wonder if it would be worth it for so many of the rivers in this state that change regularly. However I could see it being handy in some of the lakes.

I think the brand name is Nautica??? It is the brand Sportman's warehouse sells. Like I mentioned above, the saleman showed me a display.

My boat is currently in the shop, so it will have to wait. If you are in there take a look at it and let me know what you think.
