    Default Sea Ark WindShield build

Finally got to making the windshield on the bow
    Bow build link

Basically two 24" x 24" outside sections & the center section is the walk thru
Aluminum angle at Greatland & the plastic (opti-glass), screws & rivets at Lowes
$65 for one 2' x 4' .220 thick plexiglass at Lowes. (most expensive part)
I had an old piece, big enough for the center walk thru windshield.
    Stainless piano hinge was $21.
    About $125 in parts.

    Couple pics closer to done
Still need to cut/install a triangle piece of plastic for the wings.
But it will keep the wind & rain off in the front & my neighbor says it
will give me some front down force & be more streamline & faster .

Bow & windshield I'm guessing is about 100 lbs.
I weighed the bow cover when I pulled it off to paint it. 84 lbs
Windshield can't be much over 15 lbs.
