Question How to keep the caps on

I bought a pair of Nikon Monarchs last year. Thought I'd like those better than the Leupolds I had. Why can't they come up with a better system for the lens caps? You can't hardly get them to stay on even while putting them in the case for storage. Anyone got any great ideas to improve this? Is there some aftermarket caps that might serve the purpose better? Eric

Make a trip to a big sporting goods store and try on a set of the Butler Creek flip up caps that people use on there rifle scopes on each barrel of the bino's.
They come in many different sizes and work like a charm.
