    Default Silvers in Cook Inlet?

To the folks fishing in applicable areas: Compared to years past, has there been any indication that silvers might be a bit ahead of the curve as they head into Cook Inlet? Trying to gauge when they might hit UCI this year...

Thanks for any insight, and tight lines!
