Default Care to recommend a guide out of Homer?

Anyone care to recommend a guide for Halibut out of Homer? I haven't fished out of Homer for quite some time and am looking for input.
    Thank you,

Josh Brooks or Captain Pete. Both are likely already booked for most of the summer, thoigh

I'll second Capt Pete. Don't really know anyone else to recommend down there.

How about checking with our own forum participant, Muttley Crew Fishing?

I fished with Capt Pete last year and would also recommend him. Josh Brooks, Mike Manns as well.

Another good one is Ron Hurley of In2fishin charters. He had the derby winner on his boat a few years back.
He has a really nice boat and catches a lot of nice fish.

I have never heard of "Alaska Action Anglers", the website is from 2007, and the "Renegade" hasn't been a regular in the harbor for some time. I second Josh, Pete, Ron and Mike. Muttley is out of commission at the moment.
    Dan Donitch is good too.

The State of Alaska has an excellant website you can search that will help you rule out possible business partners (captains or otherwise).
