Default In Valdez - Where to flush saltwater out of boat

Going to Valdez next week and wondering if there is a lake or river near Valdez that I could back into to run my engine and kicker to flush out the saltwater. I know that Valdez has a great facility and wash down area at the harbor for washing the outside but it's harder to flush the inside without having a fresh water lake or river. I don't want to get out of the area though because I don't want to transport any alien lifeforms from that drainage into the valley.

If you're only there for a few days, don't sweat it. While on your way back home, stop by the Klutina river and back it in by the bridge. Start it up while on the trailer, let her run for 5-10mins and flush it that way. Not sure of many/any alien lifeforms from Valdez that will survive that current. Just my .02.....

There was a fresh water wash down hose on the north end of the parking lot at the launch for the trailer and exterior. x2 on backing it in fresh water on the way home.

If you have an outboard you can hook up to a freshwater hose.
