    Default Birch/Quartz ice status

Does anyone know if the ice has backed away from the shore at either lake and if so how much?

It was a bust.birch lake is still frozen all the way to the shore and while quartz's ice is about 50-80 feet back it's super muddy and low as well as all the rainbows just keep cruising back and forth for spawning they won't touch anything.I spent 6 hours at quartz and seeing those huge beast just swim right next to my bait and lures it was very annoying.I'd say give it a few weeks before both lakes are viable
