    "Freighter" canoe is an understatement.......
    Sheep hunting...... the pain goes away, but the stupidity remains...!!!

    That's a kinda weird spray rail but that's the only negative thing I've got to say about this fine craft.

    It looks similar to the construction of the fellow at Canyon Creek, YT [20 miles East of Haines Jct]. For several years he was making some nice canoes of molded plywood. I saw one being built for a family ay Aklavik and IIRC it was 26' with a cuddy cabin and steering helm was on back of cabin with operator looking over the top of the cabin.......powered by twin Merc 50s.
