    Default Float Lake Reports , what is thawed ???

    Beluga Lake in Homer is now open for float business as of April 20th..... The mountain lakes are still solid.

    Where else???

    Anderson Lake. The sorrounding lakes should be out within a couple days. The wind helps a great deal.

    Flowing water usually opens before lakes in the Anchorage/Su Valley area but this was an unusual winter. It ain't float season until Hood opens. :-)
