    Default Scamming Alaskaslist advertisers

Twice in the past few months I have run ads on Alaskaslist. Pay the 3.49 for the special ad, thru paypal. Shortly after the ad posts I get a call from an unknown number. Guy says he is from Alaskaslist and my paypal payment didn't go thru. The guy is hard to understand but both times I have offered to redo the ad. The guy hangs up.
Turns out this is a scam..........NOT FROM ALASKASLIST tho. So if you get a phone call after posting an Alaskaslist ad, it's someone trying to scam you.
    I can't help being a lazy, dumb, weekend warrior.......I have a JOB!
    I have less friends now!!

I just use my CC when Alaskaslist gives a choice to pay by CC or Paypal. Is the guy wanting people to give private info over the phone to him? It would explain why he would want you to give him your private info over the phone instead of redoing the ad.
