    Good presentation.

    You need to get with spit w spots it only paused about 4 times. I would have never been able to download this on our old ds snail. Haha.

    Clear ice is one thing! Rime ice is another because of the way it modifies the airfoil in a manner that renders it useless in some instances. It is unfortunate that lessons we may learn are as a result of the fatal mistakes of others. Very sad when when a person is trusted with the personal safety of others and this is the end result. What a terrifying demise...!

    It was a good presentation. Realistic and captivating. AOPA has many resources that we can learn from if you know where to look. It is well worth the membership.

    My own experience has been that clear ice is the more serious condition, largely because of its weight. This report is a bit confusing because both types of icing are mentioned. In any event, a series of serious conditions . . . and actions.
