Some interesting proposals still to be deliberated after lunch. Sure want to hear the discussion on Tony Russ' proposals on changing definition of full curl. Also the sealing and salvage requirements coming up. Very interested in the Falconry proposal (174) too and extremely leery of allowing nonresidents to take eyas birds from Alaska.

Started listening again after class and heard the passing vote for proposal 152 regarding edible meat of waterfowl. As I read this proposal the intention was to, in addition to breast meat, include the whole plucked bird including skin and bone (for soup?) I assume I missed a portion of the discussion where they stated that the amendment was solely to include thigh and leg meat to the definition of edible meat for waterfowl. Is this the case?

Looks like they had amended the proposal to include breast thigh and leg meat of swans cranes and geese.
