Looks like you have a bulged case on the far right... Is that correct?

Oh, almost forgot. I may no be much help, but it would be helpful to post more info. Handloads or factory? frequency, etc. My gut says something is loaded a little too hot, but that's a dart thrown at a moving target in the dark, so I won't stand behind it.

My dart throw is also loaded too hot. The dent might be from the excessive force at ejection slamming the case into the side of the injection port before it is able to clear.

That's my guess, too. I've seen that with hot hand loads and some DT loads.

Yes if unfired ejected rounds don't have the dent then too hot for the spring. May not be too hot per-say, may be okay pressure and just too much for the spring or could be just plane too hot.

shuck some through without firing them and check them for dents or stuffed bullets.

    What is the load?

Ya need a heavier spring or less powder! The springs are a snap to change.

IS that really a bulged case on the right in your picture? or is that an optical illusion from the camera?

Replace the spring with wilson combat spring and also change out the buffer with wilson combat buffer.
