Shee Fish! HOLY, now there's a white king salmon, man are they greasy! but **** good, probably the best tasting white fish, (aside from a good cooked Halibut)

I scaled mine & filleted it with a large sharp never used Cutco Cutlery knife that did an excellent job...

Just cooked some up in the non stick frying pan with no oil, (forgot) & saw massive amounts of oil...likewise, when I boiled the head guts & bones, I saw a inch or more of oil in the top of the water after it settled, in the pots that I boiled them in...MAN O MAN are Shee's the SHEET! or what???
