    Default Spare bear paw?

So Im watching a dog for a soldier of mine while theyre on leave and the dog decided to chew off an entire paw on my black bear skin. I know I should have put it up, but ohwell hind sight is always 20/20. Does anyone happen to have a paw thats been tanned but is scrap? Not needed for whatever reason, it wont be the same of course, but the other option is to tell folks I shot a 3 pawed bear haha. Ill pay of course, but any help would be appreciated thanks.

Jokes on the dog though, pretty sure he swallowed a couple claws so he will be paying for it when he takes a dump.

I have repaired a couple bear rugs in the past that a (dog) had eaten part of.. also a Lynx rug, The dog swallowed a few of the claws as well. few days later it became ill.. next day it was dead. Lynx claws are sharp and no doubt it did internal damage in one way or another. Ill see if I have any extra feet, I know I do just need to locate em.

I've got a bag of paws from last spring in my freezer that I haven't gotten a round to cutting the claws off of. Untanned of course, but if you get desperate your welcome to one.

I hope who ever did your rug sewed it and didn't glue it, if glued it's a pain in the arse.

I have a whole extra 6 foot bear tanned with some rub damage to the top of the head.. I'm sure I could cut a foot off and use the rest for something.
