    Default Hot-dip bluing

Any one know of any gun shops here in Alaska that use the hot-dip bluing process for re-bluing firearms? Thanks in advance.

I took my dads rifle there to get redone for a birthday gift. There turnaround time took awhile, i think he waits until he has several that need to be done so he can do it all at once. I want to say it took about 6 weeks, it turned out pretty nice though

I have a Husqvarna that needs re-bluing. Prefer the hot blue process over the cold blue and for this particular rifle the cerakote is not even being considered. Some rifles just look better with traditional bluing over the new coatings that are available these days.
