    Default Silver Lining Charters Seward

Hello all. I,m Bill from Utah and this is my first post. Been readin' lots and learnin' lots from this site. Wondering if anyone has fished with Capt. Earl Cagle out of Seward. He'll take our party of four all day in the bay fishing for silvers for $650. We'd be going around Aug 10th. Good deal or no?

HAve you called around to other charters? I wish I could tell you if that is a good price.

Pretty close to the average price for a charter now with fuel so high. You might try calling the Fish House to get a price for one of their boats.

    Default Seward salmon fishing

I am not familiar with Capt. Earl but $650 for a party of four for all day is very reasonable for charters out of Seward. The going rate is $175 - $200 per person and that is usually for six on the boat with a little room for negotiation for a full boat charter. Four years ago we were paying $150 per person and fuel was a lot cheaper.
