Thread: First shot distance, again.

  1. #1

    Question First shot distance, again.

For 4 years I have been asking you guys what the distance to the animal was when you fired your first shot. In the past it has run from 150 to 180 yards for the average distance when totaled up. A distance that I find commendable for you Alaskan hunters. So here is the criteria again.

Rifle hunters only please. In 2013, what was the distance from you to the Alaskan big game animal when you fired your first shot?

PS Happy New Year and good hunting to all of you!
