Default Artificial light with trapping license?

Page 13 7th bullet down under the YOU MAY NOT SECTION. At the end of the 7th bullet under exceptions reads "Artificial light may be used for the purpose of taking furbearers Nov. 1- Mar. 31 in Units 7 and 9-26 during an open season." So am I reading it right? If I have a trapping license I can Spotlight for critters in the mentioned units? I know it sounds pretty straightforward just looking for a hard answer from the educated fine folks of this forum.

Yep, if you have a trapping license you can use artificial light for furbearers. I've been meaning to do this, but have only hunted by moonlight without a spotlight in the evening hours.
