Default Non Res draw permits-must be guided

The state has submitted a proposal to the BoG for the statewide meeting in March concerning must be guided draw permits. The proposal won't be published for the public to see for another 2 weeks, but it pertains to how these permits are implemented. I believe the state wants an easier way to verify the applicant or permit winner really has a guide contract.
This would be a good time for those opposed to these sort of pernits to comment. The meeting will be in March in Anch.

Default applicants and hunters are two vastly different things to regulate

I did not think that any applicants or permit winners needed a guide. Some hunters, yes. But that is hardly the same thing; the difference is not mere semantics.

See right hand column of page one in the drawing supplemenet - look for the handshake.
