Thread: Stevens bolt action

    Default Stevens bolt action

    I have a Stevens bolt action in .410 shot gun and it will not eject the shot shell. What is the best way to get it fixed? Can the ejector be repaired or will it have to be replaced? This gun has sentimental value is the only reason I want to do anything with it.

    Iím no shotgun guy and donít even know what model it is but (assuming it is extracting the shell from the chamber) usually itís just a broken ejector spring.

    Thanks. I will try to look at it and see if I can see anything. Any idea where I can find one?

    Once you have a model # start here;

    Some have no model markings, in that case go to the link then way down to shotguns and identify my schematic. Itís likely a 58 or 59 of some kind . . . They made lots of 410 bolts.
