Default Stripping bottom paint off a aluminum hull

Like the title says, does anyone have any experience with stipping bottom paint off an aluminum hull? Im looking to pick up a boat that has had the bottom painted. The bottom appears to be in good shape but the paint is in a sad state of disrepair. Im not sure why they painted it in the first place, but Id like to have it off and just leave it bare if it doesnt look to bad under the current paint job.

Is there anyone in the state that you would recommend to do the job if I decide not to do it myself.

I would look into finding a sand blasting company that also uses baking soda as a media.
Soda blasting should be able to remove the paint without damaging the aluminum at all.

I guess you could anchor up in a nice silty high flow river for the summer.
