Default Knik River Run Saturday 10/19/13

Thinkin bout hittin the Knik River this Saturday and runnin up to the glacier or as far as we can get. Checked the water levels last nite and they have come back up nicely with all this rain. Hopefully the levels will stay up so we can get a fall run upto the glacier. Meetin at the Knik River Access at 10am on Saturday if anyone else wants to join. Bring your family, bring your dog and bring your winch. Cya there jetboaters...

Well I run a Phantom 60/40, there will be an Extreme Shallow and hopefully an SJX. Might also be a Wooldridge Alaskaln XL and whatever else shows. Anything that can do atleast 30mph and run skinny water welcome to run.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free[/QUOTE]

Ok, how about 37 mph??? or 42 mph??? I was thinkin of the folks who are a little slow and like to conserve fuel. I love to run wide open and haul balls myself...

We only had myself and Nate in his Extreme Shallow show up and due to a reverse bucket issue, we didn't make it to the glacier. Also the water dropped at least a foot or more from the time we left till the time we returned, hell it took two trucks just to pull my fricken boat out of the water. It was still an awesome day on the water tho. I'm hittin Hidden Lake this Sunday then probably putting the boat away for the winter. Had an a great summer runnin with all you fellas and am lookin forward to doin it next summer....
