    Congrats on the goose! The bufflehead looks great as well, now is the time that you have a really good chance at a full color canvasback too.

    If you have any interest in getting them mounted I can get you in touch with a really good bird taxidermist.

    Thanks I actually would like that info, I have two specks in the freezer I want to mount. I'm going to try the wigeon and mallard myself. How much would the geese cost by him?

    I'm not sure about the price of the geese, but his rates are pretty standard. Around 300 for a large duck, depending on the mount. The guy's name is Larry Lawrence, he's out of Houston. He only does birds these days but used to do it all. His contact info from his business card is: alaskabirdtaxidermy@gmail.com. I'll PM you the phone number if you need it.
