    Default Dipping regulations

First off, I am not an Alaskan resident although I may be some day. I read frequently about this dip netting and other uses of resources and I am now curious as to how this works.
I have searched the forum and think I have a handle on some of it but I still have some questions.
it is resident only, native or non seems not to matter. No license needed but permit required. Seasons are usually by EO? What is the limit? Per person, week, month, year? Or other.
Do you have to use every bone even if you are not a crafty person?
can you give fish to the needy in your community? Or the disabled?
    Is it species specific?

Read the regs; clear, concise, and more reliable than this forum :
