Between $100-150 here depending on the particulars and finish.

BFR .500 what, S&W? I donít like them myself, the cylinder is too honkin long for my taste because they use the same frame for the 45-70 as 500S&W. I donít have any single actions on hand for you to try but 454 is quite snappy in single actions.

If you reload Iíd recommend the .500JRH BFR now makes, itís a cut down .500S&W case so loading components are available and less snappy recoil than 454.

Well, assuming your talking 45-70 and 1895G depends if we can find an 1895CB 45-70 pull off barrel or I got to fight with the square cut threads. Iíd start around $400 to build and install an octagon 1895 Marlin barrel from a blank, heck of a lot of work.

Kid may have or know where to get an 1895CB barrel for you, WWG is the Marlin warrantee shop so he is always working on them. Or just order up a CB and cut it down like a G.

No, Iíd have to send out for rebore or build new from a .510 blank. Donít know which way would be cheaper but your looking at a couple three hundred more for .510.
