    Default 9/7 report.

Did well this morning. Seemed like plenty of birds around. I limited while my buddy got 1. He needs some shooting practice.

I am new to duck hunting up here but my boy and I went out this morning and managed to get one bird which is a success for me. My question is when you go somewhere to hunt how do you manage to not run into other hunters? I am always worried to go out due to not knowing or not wanting to screw up someone else's hunting so I always stay back and don't venture to far out.

Just keep 400 yards or so between blinds...if u r walking out I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep walking until u have enough distance.

I like to give people room too. The biggest thing for me is making sure your not adjacent to someone elses shooting lane. A couple guys walked by us the other day and went about 150 yds from us and I didnt care because they weren't shooting in our direction. We had a decoy spread and they didnt so the ducks were just flying right to us anyway.
