    Default Kroto Creek

Has anyone floated Kroto Creek this year? Can anyone tell me the conditions. I have a SOAR Levitator and was thinking about floating it. Also, does anyone know if there is still a pick up service at the mouth of the Deska that will take someone and their gear to the landing

The water is high and dirty.
Contact Larry Heater or Roy Roth at Deshka Landing for a possible pick up at the mouth. Both are great guys and very reliable. (They also reside right at the landing.) Check Deshka Landings website for their phone #'s.

    Dan,
We almost did the moose float the first week of august and had to cancel last minute because of low water. You may be able to check with willow air, we were going to have then pick us up at the lake, sounds like they fly it a lot. Shoot me a text if you want talk about it.

Thanks for the input everyone. Does anyone know overall floating conditions (beaver dams on stream, log jams, gravel bars to camp on, slack water, etc.)?

Yeah. My buddy should be up there this weekend as well. He may be doing another creek but I can ask when he returns.
