Default A video one of my old students shot

I was showing another pilot how to land in Loon Lake with the PA-11 Cub. Loon Lake is pretty short and the approach was down a hillside with dead trees.... He shot this short video through the windshield.
This last summer another pilot mounted a go-pro on my wing but I have not seen the video yet...

Nice, did a great job of using the terrain on approach, looks like a one way lake where the wind has to be in your favor.

It is not bad in a Super Cub or Husky with flaps... In a flapless Cub you have to zig-zig down the hill in a series of slips.
