    Default Seen ONE, got one..

We woke up early Sat morning to do some trolling for lakers as we searched the shores for caribou sign. Pretty quiet morning, a little too quiet..

Got back to the cabin at 9:00am and started to cook up some breakfast when suddenly I look out the front window and see a nice bull feeding away about 600 yards. Very short stalk later, bull down!

Look closely and you can see my place in the back ground.

Yeah! Nice work. Looks like pretty good Moose country. Is that whats next on the list?

Spent an awsome day retreiving and hanging meat. The little guys had a blast..

Draging the last quarter out. Hair side down of coarse..

It was a perfect weekend being cool and windy with NO rain to put a nice crust on. This was the only animal we seen ALL weekend..

Don't give them video games and you might have a chance. And try not to live in Anchorage, it ruins them.

Thank you. MT & SH, I do have 2 daughters but their tags don't start till the 20th. Those are ST's boys and it was fun spending time with them over the weekend. I especially enjoyed telling them every time they whined a little that my DAUGHTERS don't whine like that, HAHAHA! Good luck everyone!

Very nice! Did you have any problems with the temps and the meat?
