    Hey all....
    im in soldoltna helping a friend build his house and have been itching to get my fly line wet, but have no idea where to go??
    my friend isn't a fly fisherman so he's not much help. I'm not looking for anyone's honey hole just a place to go to maybe catch something.... Any help??

    Upper river (between Kenai and Skilak Lakes) and Russian offer the most abundant walk-in fishing. Check the regs and have fun.

    Thanks Gary.Been doing some checking on line, how's the anchor river for walk in wade fishing?

    Anchor, Ninilchik, Deep Creek should all be good, check EOs not sure if they are open. Russian is the first place I'd head if I were you.

    Thanks for the pointers, hit deep creek and had some awesome fun with a couple of silvers on the fly rod! Wish I could stay and fish longer but gotta head home.
