    Default No More Parts Kits

This should probably be locked from the get go so there will be no bickering, but I think everyone should be aware of new legislation being proposed that would ban virtually all parts kits for firearms.

Here is the actual wording of the proposed legislation. I would encourage everyone to contact their representatives and let them know that people who work on their own guns aren't criminals.

Thread Lock on the way...but I fail to see what is different about buying a kit that has X number of parts and buying X number of parts listed on an order sheet one at a time. Aren't they all spare parts?
