    Default H212 steering issue

Have an isue with the steering on my boat. There is a lot of slop in the steering where the steering cable bolts to the steering arm through the transom. can you replace the loop where the bolt goes through on the steering cable or is there another fix for this? I appreciate the help. The boat isa real PITA to steer, especially when going slow

Check the bolt that goes through to the steering arm on the jet, depending on boat brand there are several ways of attaching the arm to your cable end. I drilled the arm out to a bigger hole and used a larger bolt to make it a snug fit. The Hamilton book may have some different ways to attach it, other guys on here may be able to post some pics of their setups.
