Default Can Anyone Identify This Fossil?

Some kind of worm maybe? We found quite a few of these and the worm like fossils ranged from 1/4" to 1/2" in diameter with varying lengths. I was hoping someone might know what this is.

I saw it referred to as a crinoid fossil in one of the books on Nelchina/caribou area. We scooped up some of those, ammonites and a bunch of good hard petrified wood this weekend. Fun
